I read it just about straight through in two days.  I was so sure I wouldn&#8217;t like it because I don&#8217;t care about any religious secrets but it&#8217;s really just a great thriller, well plotted and with good characters and fast moving.  So I&#8217;m glad I finally read it.  <\/p>\n<p>I can see why all those other books sprung up about it.  It&#8217;s tempting to find out which pieces of it are true and which he made up.  I happened to have a book of famous paintings sitting next to me while I read it and so I looked up the paintings as they were mentioned.
