Armageddon by Leon Uris
Armageddon isn’t one of his better books. In fact, I gave up on it about halfway through. It’s too thick and there are too many better things to read. I brought it on an airplane and it couldn’t even keep my attention there, where there was nothing else to do. The characters are flat, the dialogue wooden, and the plot not very believable or interesting. I see glowing reviews for this book on Amazon, so perhaps I was missing something, but I’d recommend Exodus or QB VII over this one for sure. The fact that they’re still in print and Exodus isn’t should tell you something.
