Therapy by Jonathan Kellerman
Therapy started out pretty good, especially considering that I hated the last Alex Delaware novel I read. Two young people are found dead in a car, presumably there to engage in some sex. But instead of the story coalescing around those two people, it just kept expanding. Eventually there were foreign countries involved, all kinds of politics, characters who weren’t mentioned until halfway through the book, and everyone except those two kids who never really did get shoehorned back into the plot. The farther into the book I got, the less I cared about it.
